I left the banking industry to retrain myself as a nutritional therapist. It was thanks to dietary changes and new lifestyle habits, that I finally regained my balance and  full control over my symptoms.

It's been few years now, I don't have any eczema and urticaria skin rash, and I don't remember when was a last time I needed an antihistamine drug.

It’s hard for people who don’t have eczema to understand what are we going through. Sometimes it was just a rash. Sometimes it was from an allergen or just an exercise or heat exposure. Sometimes it's so insanely itchy, that you scratch it until it bleeds. Sometimes you lose sleep for days because of flare-ups.

There are so many eczema triggers  – common food allergens (nuts, eggs, gluten, shellfish), poor diet (fast food, bad oils, sugar), poor gut health, bacteria, fabrics, detergents, preservatives, alcohol, drugs, dehydration, cold, heat, and most importantly, stress.

My experiences have taught me that what you eat, the quality of your thoughts, who you surround yourself with and how you move your body, are critical to how you experience life.

My advice is don't give up, there is always a way to get better! I'm happy to help you and each of my client to regain optimal well-being and quality of life while maintaining the pleasure of eating.

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist, I’m accredited by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), a government-sponsored registration body which has been approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care. I’m also a Registered Nutritionist (mBANT) approved by the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy.

This means that our Capra Lab Clinic and nutrition consultancy work meet the demanding standards of clinical excellence and professionalism required by these bodies.
