Presented by Karina & Marina
Registred Nutritional Therapists

After graduating with a BS (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy, Karina has focused on supporting clients with skin conditions (atopic dermatitis) and digestive problems. She suffered from eczema, allergic rhinitis and urticaria in her late 20s, ultimately experiencing traumatic anaphylactic shock. For 10 years she was on antihistamines and decongestant nasal sprays. Only after resolving her digestive and intestinal issues, her symptoms improved dramatically. Now she is an ultra distance trail runner, training outdoors year-round, without medication even during peak allergy season.

Marina has BSc (Hons) in Nutrition & Psychology and has practised nutritional therapy for 5 years. Marina sustained a spinal cord injury in 2021. After multiple operations and long-term hospital admissions, as well as extensive antibiotics use, she has developed numerous allergic reactions, including an acquired hay fever. Following a personal quest for solutions to her allergies, she discovered the latest treatment and prevention techniques for hay fever management.
